Fully automatic production from batch size 1
The ROBOBOXtreme
Setup-free clamping system thanks to stocking of universal clamping devices. This enables fully automatic production of multiple orders from batch size 1.
- Space for 8 different clamping devices: clamping devices with smooth/grip or moulded jaws.
- Clamping devices as grippers: components are taken directly from the drawer with the appropriate clamping device. The entire stroke of the clamping device can be utilised.
- 6-sided complete machining: through fully automatic re-clamping between two of the available clamping devices.
- Unique order assignment: Each drawer slot can be assigned an order via QR code.
- Ideal for night-time operation: Different components can be manufactured one after the other without human intervention. This means you can use your valuable machine not only during the day, but also at night.
