How we work

How do we handle projects?

Even after commissioning, we remain at your side – whether for service, upgrades or training.

OUR RANGE OF SERVICE

Enquiry & concept development

Your project starts with your enquiry. Together, we clarify the framework conditions and develop a tailor-made concept that is precisely tailored to your requirements. It is important for us to understand both the customer and their requirements as well as the current state of production. We also consider the context of the component, in particular what happens to it before and after, in order to ensure a holistic solution.

Quotation preparation & coordination

Based on the concept we have developed, we prepare a detailed quotation. We discuss all technical details with you in close consultation and adjust the scope as necessary. Direct communication with the operators or future users of the machine is particularly important to us. Only by talking to them can we ensure that all relevant aspects are taken into account. Throughout the entire project, we create a common basis and transparency through project plans and milestones. This is followed by final coordination and negotiation.

Design & approval

Once we have received your order, we start with the design. Once the design is complete, we hold a meeting where we look at your virtual system in detail together and obtain your approval. This ensures that everything meets your expectations.

Procurement & assembly

Once everything has been finalised, we begin procuring all the necessary components. Once everything has arrived, your system is assembled in our hall and all components are installed.

Programming, testing & preliminary acceptance

Our experts take care of the programming and carry out a comprehensive test run. During the preliminary acceptance, you can see for yourself the functionality and quality of the system.

Delivery, commissioning & final acceptance

Once your system has been successfully assembled and tested, it is delivered to your location. We commission the system on site and provide comprehensive training to ensure that your team is optimally prepared. With the final acceptance, we jointly confirm the successful completion of this project phase.

FAQ

Your questions - our answers

Yes and no. We don't want to keep reinventing the wheel, so we use our modular system. This saves costs and you, the customer, benefit from sophisticated technology. And yet every system is unique – just as individual as our customers with their specific requirements.

We produce over 100 automated systems annually – from compact robot cells to interlinked production systems.

No, that is not necessary with our systems. Our claim: ‘Anyone who can operate a CNC machine should also be able to operate a robot.’ Of course, you will receive comprehensive training from our specialist staff so that you can use all functions safely.

Yes, we have many options for integrating secondary processes. In fact, this is part of our daily business. Cleaning, measuring and labelling are just a few examples. The list goes on, but it's best to contact us directly - together we will find the optimal solution for your requirements.

The advantage of getting your machine and automation from a single source is that we take care of the CE declaration for the entire system. This is our daily business – as a customer, you can rely on validated systems that have been thoroughly tested. Our CE declaration covers not only the machine and the robot system, but also all secondary processes.

Yes and no. We get the most out of our solutions with SPINNER machines, as we can intervene directly in the PLC and exchange in-depth data. This gives you, the customer, a clear advantage. Automation is possible with third-party products, but requires closer coordination and may be subject to restrictions.

Of course! Feel free to contact us with your task. We have already implemented robot cells for deburring, measuring, marking or assembling.
